Return policy

If you don't like the product you received or the size doesn't fit you, you can exchange it for another size or another product.

All you have to do is let us know by sending an email to contact@nadiajulia.com that you want to exchange the purchased product and we will tell you how to proceed.

nadiajulia.ro gives you a period of 14 calendar days to decide whether you want to exchange the product or keep it.

Round-trip transportation is borne by the customer.

If you want to exchange the product, you must make sure that:

the product is in its original packaging (please wrap the original packaging in a bag or paper before sealing it with tape - we will not accept products that have tape directly on the original packaging)

the labels were not torn

the product is undamaged and shows no signs of wear or use and is in working condition

ATTENTION: Exchange products will only be shipped after we receive the products originally sent to you and they are checked by our colleagues at the warehouse.

You have the right, according to Article 9 paragraph 1 of Government Ordinance no. 34 of June 12, 2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, to withdraw from distance contracts, without giving reasons, within the legal period of 14 days from the date on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the products / the last product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement sent by e-mail to contact@nadiajulia.com 

If you agree to exercise this right, you have the following obligations:

to return the purchased product, in the original packaging (please wrap the original packaging in a bag or paper before sealing it with adhesive tape - we will not accept products that have adhesive tape stuck directly to the original packaging), the labels have not been broken, the product is undamaged and shows no signs of wear or use and is in the condition in which you received it

return all documents that accompanied the product

if the product was purchased in a promotion that includes a gift product, you must also return the gift product

Please contact us by phone 07XXXXXXXX or by email at contact@nadiajulia.com , to communicate the return address for the product and provide you with the necessary details regarding contacting the courier company.

The return deadline is met if the products are sent back before the 14-day period expires.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the products.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, beverage bottles and underwear cannot be returned.

The return of the value will be made within the legal term of a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract according to OG34/2014.

The refund of the value may be postponed until the product sold is received or until proof is received that it has been shipped.

This paragraph does not violate consumer rights.
